Should morality be sacrificed in order to make ends meet?

VERY bad idea, since that kind of wealth has a hidden price tag attached to it that suddenly appears when you least expect it. Moral capitalism is perfectly capable of providing for your every need.
The further away from contact with both government and criminals, (the two primary 'cheat' temptations), the more obvious this becomes and the more opportunities you will begin to see. Both government and criminals focus hard on making the opportunities all around you seem 'out of reach' or somehow 'dangerous' when they are only truly dangerous to their current power over you.
Their way seems 'easier' at the beginning, (thus the temptation), but it is WAY harder and more costly in the end. It is also how most people who die prematurely end up dead before their time.

The fact that you are asking this proves the adage that only the poor know how honest they actually are.
Depends on what the society decides is immoral. Morality is not a constant over place and time.
