My February calendar was misprinted and forgot to include the 29th and 30th, can I get a new 1 & sue the publishing co.(no negative replies)?

February has never had 29-30 days in it - only 28.....therefore, you can not sue anyone.

That’s so weird, my iPhone calendar also is missing February 29th and 30th too!

You can get a new one (which will be identical). You can also sue anyone or anything for any purpose anywhere in the USA, provided you fill out the form and attach the filing fee that you give to the court clerk. They're more than happy to take your money.
You can literally sue a ham sandwich, if you want to.

Yes, you can. I already did. My court date is Feburarie 31st.

Love it! Give it a go.

A printer or publisher does NOT normally print r publish ANYTHING unless the client has signed off on it. Talk to whoever approved the final layout because that person's approval releases the publisher of any liability for any errors.

Why didn’t you sue last year when it didn’t include the 30th or the 29th and 30th the year before that and the 2 years before that.
