If the aspect is a sextile, trine, or even a conjunction .. no. If it is a square of opposition aspect, it might be .. the thing is that Pluto in hard aspect to Moon has trouble letting go of past hurts, and this may or may not lead to bitterness.

No? I have Moon trine Pluto in my chart and it’s strong. I’m nowhere near bitter or resentful, as I have no reason to be.
