What should be provided to my grape vines?

    get a fertiliser eg blood and bone and mix it with pottash.

    Are you sure they are diseased? They look more like they have simply been physically damaged by something. Even a small amount of damage to a young leaf can cause the leaf to twist and deform as it expands, as the scar tissue where the damage was does not expand at the same rate as the rest of the leaf.

    As for nutrient deficiency, I would be inclined to say it's a little too early to really tell, but if they definitely look yellower to you can than they have done in previous years then it is likely either nitrogen or iron they are deficient in.
