Does uscis provide translators during their interviews for green card? ?

My uncle has an interview he knows no English are there translators there? My uncle only speaks Arabic

    U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) does not provide foreign language interpreters at adjustment of status (green card) interviews in the United States. 

    A few of their officers speak Spanish or other languages, but you can’t count on getting a bilingual officer, nor can you request one.You will need to bring a friend or hire an interpreter to attend his adjustment of status interview.

    No. That would be an additional expense that you have not paid for. The US taxpayers will not provide you with an interpreter.
