If someone says they wanna BUY DOG /CAT of particular breed does it mean they are Not animal lover ?

No, some people just fall in love with certain breeds...For example, I love cats in general but Siamese are one of my favorites because they are doglike in personality and have a unique look.

Not likely.  I only take rescues of a certain size because I don't want or particular like large dogs.

Not at all.    In fact it's being sensible for the simple reason that not all breeds are right for all people.   Some might look on certain breeds/types of dog especially, as a status symbol however.

No. With dogs breed is important. They come in all sizes, energy levels, pre drive levels etc and people need to pick a breed that works for them. 

With cats its more about looks but thats ok too. People can get the pet they think is the cutest or prettiest and that doesn't mean they think of it as a status symbol. All it means is they wanted the one they think is extra cute.

No, it means they have researched and decided on the right breed for them and their lifestyle, it also might mean they want a dog/cat from a particular breed line ( not just a particular breed)

They are an animal lover, and know exactly the animal they love.  There's nothing wrong with that.
