Rising gas prices reflect the growing economy (supply & demand), so why are Trumplicans making this out to be a bad thing?

Up 45c per gallon in the last month while the oil and gas industry suffers.  Some "recovering"

Gas prices jumped as Biden signed his EO's which will cause less in the way of supply in the future, plus the supply in the US will be more expensive to get out of the ground, transport, and refine in the US.  That does have an impact on global prices, slight, but it does. The impact is felt more so in the US due to the increases the entire supply chain feels. If, as this lovely line that is being pushed by left leaning hacks was true, gas prices would have spiked right before the pandemic hit when the economy was on a high.

    Doesnt really add up.

Under Obama we had the highest gas prices EVER recorded along with 8 years of Americas worst economy.

Federal Reserve had to prop up the stock market to make Barry the commies policies look good, but everyone knew.

Obama kept telling us "Jobs are not coming back ....get used to it". American voters disagreed.

Under Trump economy was excellent. Even Obama tried to take credit for it.

Well if you cut supply you increase demand, why tax dollars sneaky way to get money with out raising taxes, so then you can raise taxes and get away with it, you raise the minimum wage then raise taxes to get more back then shove millions to big corporations to cover the wage increase. Who just got s crewed oh you

10,000,000 Americans are out of work and can barely afford food and you think higher gas prices are a good thing? Seriously?

Interesting how gas prices were so low during Trump's robust pre-covid economy.

Probably because, as many stated here on Y, they thought the drop in demand that led to low gas prices was due to Trump.
