I instructed the porters not to greet another resident when calling. The other day, she went to the concierge to pick up the package and without saying good morning, mentioned that she was from the apartment, just thanked her after taking the package.

She is over 60, retired, she says she has had sporadic mental lapses. It is difficult to understand about such disease. I cant accept such behavior.
