My jaw won't open all the way (TMJ). Any suggestions?

I can't see a doctor about it because I can't afford it. Any natural suggestions to get it back in place? It used to go back but it's been a long time now and I don't know how to get it to move back

    If you're low income, apply for the medicaid program so you can get good help
