    frequency f = 32 / 60s = 0.53 s⁻¹ = 0.53 Hz

    period T = 1/f = 1.9 s

    k = mω² = m(2πf)² = 15kg*(2π*0.53s⁻¹)² = 168 kg/s² = 168 N/m

    [from ω = √(k/m)]

    frequency f = 32/60 = 8/15 of Hz (0.533)

    period T = 1/f = 15/8 of sec (1.88)
