i have a 2001 ford ranger  how do i find out model i have  no sticker on door ?

    Get the VIN and call Ford.

    Run the VIN on safercar.gov. It might tell you. A lot of car parts places will let you run the vin to get the right car parts. Ford parts also has a vin system built in that might work.

    Look in the glove box. Years ago one car I  owned had the id plate there because the pillar it was on was replaced because of an accident.
