do new presidents usually give a speech after winning? did Joe Biden give a speech or why not?

is it not odd? Trump will give a full speech on Sunday 2/28...what will he say maybe? will he still be calling it a stolen election? how much trouble he might be for biden, if so? why?

The norm is that the loser gives a gracious concession speech as soon as the result is obvious followed by a victory speech by the winner.

Given that the race was too close to call on election night (which is a somewhat rare) no victory or concession speech was given at that time.  Instead, Biden gave the typical election night comments for such a situation -- we are optimistic that we will be the winner when all votes are counted.

When Biden was projected as the winner, he gave a victory speech.  Trump has never given a concession speech (unlike Al Gore who gave a concession speech after the Supreme Court rejected his bid for a recount).

My expectation is that Trump will give a speech to the Trump Political Action Committee (formerly known as the Conservative Political Action Committee -- CPAC) repeating his claim that the election was stolen.

There's nothing usual about this transition of power. The Capitol police chief has stated there are reasons to suspect an attempt by right wing extremists to blow up the Capitol in a timely fashion. Precautions are in place about scheduling that prevent extremists to plan. This is also why the security fence around the Capitol will remain indefinitely. We already saw trumpster righties storm.

Trump isn't a problem for SloJoe  SloJoe and his inability to coherently explain stupid platform is his biggest problem.  The lack of substance in his DNC approved platform is also a problem for any taxpayer.

Biden gave his victory speech on November 7th.

Trump is causing more trouble for the Republican party than Biden.

Joe Biden can barely speak without experimental drugs.
