Can me and wife aply for a pakistani passport on NICOP only and whether the address on issued passport will be canadian?

    National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) is an identity card for dual nationality holders and Pakistani nationals including their children. Holders of a valid NICOP card are entitled visa free entry into Pakistan and various other benefits.
