Who's to blame ?

A friend of mine has a sugar daddy who spoils her, helps her out with bills etc even though she's in another serious relationship with another man. But then she made the mistake of introducing him to her sister litle sister. He then went after her and since her little sister is single with a kid and wants money too obviously she went for it. Long story short she found out about the two of them and now shes very upset with her little sister. She even told their mom about it and now the little sis is guilty and is to blame. The mom won't even let the sister at her place anymore over the situation and the older sister also blocked the little sis.  What should the little sis do.

Your friend clearly overestimated the basis of her "relationship" with this guy and should have recognized that in sex work youth is often prized. The little sis should probably get a job and try to live honorably as an example for her child. The sugar arrangement will end soon enough and then your friend can get busy finding another way to pull her weight in this serious relationship she's in.

Well, it's against the law to shoot the Sugar Daddy who is the cause of this entire fiasco.  But both girls are pretty stupid, dependent and ignorant.  And after all, isn't this just what some guy who wants to take advantage of women is looking for?

If I believe any of this, who is to blame for WHAT?  It seems that the "little sister" is already doing whatever she wants to do.
