Can cats eat cooked meat that was boiled in broth with onions?

I cooked the meat first and then put it in my stew to boil in the broth with onions, green onions and green bell pepper. My cat is begging for food and I know they can have cooked meat, but what about meat boiled with these items?

Update:

I should also include that the meat was cooked on the stove in butter prior to being put in the stew

Onions are toxic to cats so I wouldn’t do it.
