How can I go from minimum wage to $15 per hour in 2 years without a college education?

If needed, I will switch jobs 5-6 times in that timeframe

Minimum wage is $15 an hour in a lot of places.

We don't know what you are starting at...

and job hopping every 4 months is not going to get you there.

If you want to start at about $4 an hour more than minimum wage.  Look into factory/warehousing jobs that require a drug free workplace and weekend or nightshift hours

Its possible if you do a great job and get promoted. Its not guaranteed and you won't get a promotion unless you outperform others.
