    Most regular doctors treat hemorrhoids or they should know someone who specializes in treatments.

    Dont listen to these people who say your regular doctor can deal with it.  My partner suffered for YEARS with EXTREME hemmorids. Took far too long and too much of his life away from him to finally see a specialist and get them removed via surgery. Best decision he has ever made! Seek out help now! :)

    Most GPs are perfectly capable of treating that issue. But if not, they would refer you to a proctologist.

    You don't need a specialist. Your general Doctor deals with this every day.

    Why do you need a specialist? a regular doctor can handle it.

    Your doctor will tell you. But if you want my advice, you should use a cream or ointment that contains Hydrocortisone Acete. And take Daflon tablets.
