Are there any famous UK judges as there are politicians?

No. Years ago we had a paper called the 'News of the World' which came out on Sundays and printed stories about judges found with their trousers down in massage parlours, but that paper was closed down when they found it was not just owned by a criminal (Rupert Murdoch), but written and edited by criminals too.

There are very few. No current judges are famous. The only previous one I can think of is Lord Denning, who was first famous for the infamous Profumo Affair (call girls and politicians) 1960s.
There was a famous judge before him, Judge Jeffreys. He used to give everyone the death sentence, 17th century.
