I paid the fee but TOEFL has not been booked.?
So I paid the fee with a mastercard and got a transaction message by the bank as well. But on my TOEFL account, toefl has not been registered. It says no upcoming tests/appointments scheduled. However the fee has been paid, but I did not get the challan/bill either. It said error processing after I paid the fee online.
How do I resolve this issue?
