If Premium gas is truly premium, then where's the tomatoes and sour cream?

You want deluxe, which comes with tomatoes and sour cream.  Premium only comes with lettuce and pico de gallo.

It is just a concoction of better ingredients to make your vehicle run efficient, some vehicle manufacturers warns against putting premium in your vehicle and your hardware store clerks would recommend you put premium in your small engines because it makes them run better.

You are confusing "supreme" with "premium."

A Taco Supreme has the tomatoes and sour cream.  A Premium Taco would come with higher octane!

Okay now don't laugh! You asked where the tomatoes in the sour cream are so I'm going to tell you they're in the premium gasoline in the form of ethanol you can get a lot of ethanol from tomatoes and from milk that has started to become sour sour cream in other words. All those farm products are useful for making ethanol which can make it into your gasoline
