How can we reinstate the Chinese Exclusion Act?

The good and importance of this bill is not even up for debate. It is nothing but moral and a kind thing to do. The question, how can we reinstate this? Not just for the United States, but the Chinese exclusion acts that countries like Mexico, Canada, Costa Rica, and Ecuador had should be reinstated too.

Update:

Not even talking about it in the context of the virus lol.

Most of the people on here aren't even going to know what that is.

It's not moral or 'kind' to prevent groups of people from immigrating based on race/ethnicity. That's just racist.

And in case you've forgotten, ex-president Trump's Muslim country ban has been overturned.. The real question should be: how do we prevent these racist, ignorant policies from being reinstated?

by justifying it's validity, and imho you can't justify it, given China has one of the lowest infection coefficient's on the planet, they dealt with the virus because they understood it's lethality, we understood it's lethality, unless those that know are going to play ignorant, but we didn't deal with it, as was ethically the correct thing to do...go figure.
