A wet/dry vac works real well for that kind of problem!

just get a new car , after all what type of fool would drive a convertible during a sand storm , next time close the roof .by the way where was the sandstorm ...

Vacuum cleaner.

Use a shop vac.

You then drive in a rainstorm with top down and hold doors open and that should wash some out.  Or take a corner really sharp and drop the wheels in a ditch so the car rolls...that gets more out.  Then use a straw and stuff it up your nose and snort out the rest?
