What types of exercises must you do to get this kind of waist?

    Her body is due mostly to genetics and diet. The woman doesn't have particularly defined abdominal muscles.  She does have a low body fat fat percentage, which is why her hip bones are so prominent). 

    Eating a low carb, higher protein diet, getting your BMI around 20, and doing HIIT cardio will all contribute to a slim, toned physique.Pretty much any 10-minute+ core workout will help develop a trimer waist and flatter abdomen. Exercises could include sit-ups, crunches, V-ups, Russian twists, various leg lifts and planks, etc.
