Should 16 year olds be having babies?

No.  It rather defines their future negatively and it is extremely unfair on the baby that had no say in the matter. In a world that is obsessed with personal rights we frequently forget that our own behaviour infringes on other people's rights.

No but I suppose that's a natural result of hormone development and recklessness.  It is very difficult when you long for your child to have all it's needs met while you can't get a job.
