If Biden were to be a illegitimate president and was proven to won fraudulently, will betting agencies have to pay out on a Trump win since he was the real winner in this election?

How can you possibly expect a serious answer w/ your suggestion that not only didn't happen, is unknowable? The racetrack is full of losers who thought their opinion could predict the future. Ur a kid/immature adult looking for someone to satisfy you w/ what is unknowable.

You can't sue betting agencies in the U.S. because the contracts are unenforceable as against public policies.  And no court outside of Russia is going to accept any of the so-called evidence of fraud because it is not evidence.

no.  the election is over.  there is no Constitutional provision covering the case you believe happened, so it isn't going to legally be reversed.
