    The centripetal acceleration for circular motion at a constant speed v and radius r is:

        a = v^2 / r

    The mass isn't used for that.  You'll need to find the speed and radius in the problem to get a value for that acceleration.

    The force needed to produce that acceleration is given by Newton's 2nd law:

        F = ma

    Once you know the acceleration (in m/s^2 units), multiply by m=8 kg to get force in newtons.
