Can I trust Book Publisher Group? I please inform me about Book Publisher?

Can I publish my paper in book publisher?

Are you talking about vanity presses? All they are is a print shop.  They don't get your book into stores.  

IF YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM,  IT'S A VANITY PUBLISHER.  They are not book publishers,  a legitimate publisher pays you,  there is no money that you pay to them.
