An impulse results in a change of momentum.
FΔt = mΔv
F = mΔv/Δt
F = (m/Δt) Δv
F = 113(0.0285 kg)/60 s(616 - 0 m/s)
F = 33.0638 ≈ 33.1 N
Looks like your second attempt was close except for maybe converting to kg mass for the bullets.
