because it's targeted at a more mature adult market, like those who have followed the franchise from it's onset back in 1996 ,  that means those fans would be in their late 20's at the very least, and people in  real life curse, especially when they are enduring situations anything close to in the game, in other words it's to make the game more believable and more realistic
