Should I sue this damn brat?!?

One day me and my gf where arguing and suddenly this kid came out of nowhere and pushed me.  I said "DAMN BRAT ILL SUE!" I could have got into a terrible injury!

If you want to embarrass yourself by admitting a kid "pushed" you, then by all means, "sue" away.

Sue for what?   You "can't sue..  but you don't have a case to win.   You only have a case when you suffered a financial loss as a result of someone's actions or neglect.

"Could have got an injury" isn't a case for a lawsuit.

If this is a real question then tell me what you are going to sue for. You have nothing to sue for and for sure will not find a lawyer to take a dumb case like this.
