Typical time interval?

Would the following be a general theory concerning time?

I realize in different parts of the world the below timetable would vary.

Morning: 4 AM to noon.

Afternoon: 12:01 PM to 5 PM.

Evening: 5:01 PM to 8:00 PM.

Night: 8:01 PM to 3:59 AM.

Sure, that could work, but the perception of the intervals - morning, afternoon, evening, night, is quite individual.

Personally, I would say that morning begins at 6:00am, not 4, for example.

Use whatever intervals suit you.
