Jesus is a quickened Spirit since the resurrection. Spirits arent subject to disease and other human flesh frailties.

1 Peter 3:18 KJV — For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened in the Spirit.

Quicken means to imbue with new life.
