Two angles on the same side are supplementary,

that is the sum of the angles of two adjacent sides is equal to 180°.

    The measure of angle 1 = 82°

    The measure of angle 2 = 128°

    angle 1 = 180 - 98 =82°

    angle 2 = 360 - 98 - 82 - 52 = 128°

98º + measure angle 1 = 180 because they are same side interior angles

52º + measure angle 2 = 180 for the same reason (if two parallel lines are crossed by a transversal, interior angles on the same side of the transversal are supplementary).
