Can I show a cross tattoo in egypt?

One day me and my girlfriend want to travel to Egypt. We both have tattoos, she has a Buddhist tattoo and I have 2 cross tattoos. I was just wondering if we would offend or annoy anyone as it they are a Muslim country. Thanks.

In Egypt all Coptic Christians receive a tattoo of a cross on their right wrist. If you display your cross tattoos in Egypt I believe they will assume you are Coptic. Warning: Coptics aren't treated very well by Muslims.
