Police Lies?

I have a nusince neighbour who has a string of convictions. But the police keep calling me the "aggressor" because they're claiming that the nuisance neighbour has a record of calling the police about ME, 8 times.

However I put a spreadsheet together of all the times I had to call the police on my nuisance neighbour and I had a total of 40 crime reference numbers. So why would the police lie so recklessly, when I can disprove them?

Who calls first and how many times they call is irrelevant. Unsubstantiated calls are what makes it a nuisance. You didn't provide that information.
