unbox the computer and charge your computer ,setup the computer

Unbox the computer and place it on a table

Use the power cable of your laptop to recharge it

Touch the Power button to turn on your laptop

Wait for the laptop to boot and reach the idle state

try the power button. it will be a circle with a vertical line in it.

hold the windows key, then hit R.  that will bring up the "run" application.  type "cmd" and an amazing window will pop up called DOS.  After that type "format C: fs=ntfs"

Shark, lots of newer laptops no longer have a key separate from the main keyboard to turn the device on or off. You search for a key, usually on the top row, that's a circle with a vertical line through the top part, an international symbol for on/off.

It took me a while to find on my new laptop, where it's on the right top row, next to Delete.

You will first have to charge it up, or have 

it at least plugged in. To start it, you have 

to find the power button. This is typically 

located somewhere below the screen 

when the laptop is open (usually in a 

location not too far from where the 

power plugs in). Tell us what brand
