With the expansion of the US currency supply & resulting devaluation in value, will merchants start accepting Polish Złoty & Albanian Lek?

It cannot depend on the merchants, but bilateral agreements. The country like China, Russia and India has organized the block to accept its local currency for trade. Poland would strictly move with the Euro. I don’t know about Lek, anyway.
