What’s this mean ?

This guy I know, kept forcing eye contact with me & he was intensely staring into my eyes. Why? He wouldn’t look away and I had to because he wouldn’t stop

Maybe he does it with everyone, some people are just really intense with eye contact , wouldn’t  think off it as a biggie lol

He was staring because he couldn't believe something so hideous would go out in public.
