how much protein?

Im 150cm and weigh 50 and want to get to 45kg. How many grams of protein do i need a day when cutting calories to reach my goal?

    45-90g of cooked lean protein per day. I say cooked because a 8oz raw chicken breast may only weigh 3oz when cooked, for example.
