I don't know why. If you want a Nikon just go to another store.

It very well may be on the grounds that to be an approved Nikon seller, you should purchase a specific measure of items, and you should purchase certain items, as well. The proprietor may feel that Nikon items don't sell also or the terms were not acceptable. Also, if there's a major box store like a Best Buy or Costco close by, they're probably going to have better costs since those stores can purchase more item. In the event that you purchase bigger measures of item, you get a lower cost. This damages the little mother and pop stores and powers them to convey item that isn't in those stores.

    All Nikons sold out?

Store not authorized to sell Nikon?

    Store owner hates Nikon?

Why even ask us? Why didn't you ask the store? You're allowed to do that!

No problem though. Just go to another store.

Only suckers buy Nikon these days.  They don't make good cameras anymore.
