At one point there is a fork in the road and a decision has to be made which part to take the right or the left.

It means whoever wrote it should learn proper punctuation, sentence structure, and work on content.

A "turning point a fork" what's that?
The sentence makes no sense. SOMEONE is stuck at a fork in the road, i.e. undecided about which path to take.
