Probably because it's something she likes to discuss with her friends and she sadistically likes seeing you squirm a little when she tells you these things.  Regardless if you keep ex's as friends, this is the type of stuff you sign up for.   Not to mention she gets to stay fresh in your mind whenever you meet someone else potentially making it harder to have a healthy relationship with someone new.
