I have been waiting for a parcel for 15 days that says flight departure is this normal

Where is it coming from? If it's coming from another country, it's probably held up in customs. Also, the USPS is way behind in deliveries- they were stripped of resources by the Trump administration.

Gypsyfish it is coming from China 

The parcel tracking said it was in flight departure 15 days ago so I am kind of worried and I don’t know if ups is carrying it it said Royal Mail as I am in the uk
