Is this a movie date??

I recently moved to the same floor as this guy so we've only spoken lk twice but he asked me to go to movies with him- it's a romcom movie btw and I'm 18 he's 20.

If he's straight and he didn't in some capacity work on this movie it's probably safe to say it's a date. Most guys would rather have a root canal than sit through a romcom.
