What are the steps to create this chart in Excel? See photo please. ?

Update:

On the bottom of the chart, the horizontal line, there are 7 dates. For each date, 3 things are measured, each representing a bar. 1) Total amount, 2) Computer Amount, and 3) # of sales. On the left side of the chart is the vertical axis which should dollar sold. On the right side of the chart on the vertical axis there is # number sold. 

Bars 1 and 2 corresponds to the vertical axis on the left, bar 3 corresponds to the one on the right.
