Do I have to file for state income taxes?

I live and work in Texas, where there is no income tax. My employer sent me out for TDY to Louisiana for 3 months. They never removed any income state  taxes for Louisiana. Do I have to report this for my 2020 taxes?

Update:

I was getting paid in the state of Texas, if that matters

IF you worked in LA, you need to file a return there, yes.

If you worked in Louisiana for 3 months, you owe taxes to the State of Louisiana.

    - you need to file a non-resident income tax form for LA.

I think not as long as you were paid by the company in Texas and live in Texas.

If you were paid by a Louisiana company while you were working there, yes.
