It did happen, as well as on face book and pretty much at one time or another, across all media platforms.  For the most part it was just left in place, then become some funny little media story.

Twitter and Facebook have accounts that are dedicated to that.  Yet, they do nothing about it.  But if you say "I'm proud to be English", that will get you banned.
