    You can’t.

    That’s the entire point of Factory Reset Protection. 

    Occasionally people have worked out increasingly difficult ways to defeat it at the high risk of bricking the phone, but almost as soon as they’re published security patches are released to make them obsolete.

    If someone has accidentally sent you a phone which still has their account on it then you have only two realistic choices.

    1. Return the phone so that the supplier can enter their security credentials and carry out a factory reset.

    2. Ask the supplier to give you those details over the phone or by securely encrypted IM so that you can carry out the reset. Obviously that method involves a lot of trust in your honesty from the supplier, and the supplier will have to change their password and other security credentials after you have successfully used them.
