makes sense doing that in a heat wave, as ya gotta repeat it every 20 mins  as ya clothes dry out...it is real cooling sitting in wet clothes in a heat wave, i have done it myself often to stay cool

its unusual...just make a lot more work. now you gotta dry the clothes and you'll make a lot of wet mess.
