balanced rxn
.. 1 HC1 + 1 NaOH ---> 1 NaCl + 1 H2O
then
.. 23.56 mL NaOH.... 0.100 mmol NaOH.. 1 mmol HCl
----- ---- ---- ---- ---- x ---- ---- --- ---- --- --- x ----- ------ ----- = 0.236 M HCl
.. 10.00mL HCl .. ... .... . .1 mL NaOH.. .. . 1 mmol NaOH

HCl + NaOH → NaCl + H2O [balanced as written]
(23.56 mL x 0.100 M NaOH) x (1 mol HCl / 1 mol NaOH) / (10.00 mL HCl) =
0.2356 M HCl
